HOW WE HANDLE RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

No quibble 90 day return policy:

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the return postage fees.

When you receive your order from us, you have 90 days to perform an exchange or get a full refund. Contact us at sales@thehouseofdog.shop.

How do I return an item?

We deal with every return personally. If you wish to return an order, please contact us at sales@thehouseofdog.shop.

On your email to us make sure you tell us:

Which item(s) you wish to return
The reason for returning
Want an exchange? Tell us what you’d like to replace your item with, or let us know if you want a full product refund. We reply to all exchange and refund queries within one working day.


Please remember:

Allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us to process returns.
Any returns received after 90 days will not be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method used to place the order.
Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show on your bank statement.
Please ensure your account details are current and up-to-date, as we may need to contact you regarding your return via email or telephone.
Shipping & Handling:

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges unless the goods are faulty when we will refund your postage. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive with our customer service team.

Our returns policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

UK ORDERS

ALL orders to UK address are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

We aim to post ALL orders within 2 working days. The FREE OF CHARGE service is Royal Mail 48 TRACKED.

You should expect your order to be delivered within 4 working days of the order being placed.

NON UK ORDERS

We also ship order to the follow countries: U.S.A, Canada, Australia and Japan.

The shipping cost to these countries is £7.00 GBP per order.

We aim to post ALL orders within 2 working days. This service is Royal Mail International Standard TRACKED.

You should expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days of the order being placed.

RETURNS

All return are excepted within 90 days of purchase.

The cost of returning non faulty items is at the customers expense.
